best dosage of testosterone to take

i usually run 500-600 mg of test e a week, but my last cycle i did 750mg it seem to be better. i was actually thinking about running a farm a week, i know a lot ppl do this. what do you all think is the best dosage where the benefits out weigh the negatives?
 
its all relative brutha, another words, its impossible to say or advise on for someone else blanketed like that!

a gram is a shit load of testosterone, and if your not competing then there is absolutely zero reasons o do that much, hell 750mg is a lot. At those dosages you should be massive with muscle, and if your not then your real questions should be on training and diet and not too worried about running a gram of testosterone, or anything for that matter

Agreed. Also you have to be very careful with Estrogen once you reach this level.

There's a certain point where your quality of life starts to drop. I feel great on 500-600mg. That's my "happy dose" if you will. Once I hit 750mg...I have to be more careful with my e2 or else I can get cranky. At 1g I feel overly aggressive, and a bit depressed to be honest. You'd think more test=feeling better, but not always the case.
 
There is a euphoric dosage and a I'm about to rip shit up dosage threshold. Above 750 most are in the rip shit up category and I've personally run 2 grams a week. I won't go that high again because the sides far outweigh the benefits in my opinion. Find what works best for you and for the most part it will always work great for you. Be careful at the higher dosages because you will become a grade A asshole.
 
I've ran up to 3 grams/week it was a waste-then I thought that 1.5G/week was my sweet spot with tren

now that I've gotten older 750mg/week is enough mixed with deca and maybe some mast
 
I been over 1g/week in the past and loved it....So I thought lol I was also competing and those days everybody thought more was better. Now I can get the same gains from 500mg/week.
 
I've been doing 500mg/wk of Test E and the progress has been good. Then again, the 2 most important things:1)diet and 2)training have been on point.
in my youth I made the mistake of blasting unnecessary amounts of gear to make up for what my diet and training lacked. As I have gotten older I have realized that I can get by with substantially less gear and still make exceptional progress as long as the other two components are in place.
still, occasionally I still enjoying blasting a gram of more because, well, why not? :P

I often use the term everyone is different and that couldn't be more true for testosterone dosage. I know guys who feel like crap if they go above 300mg per week whilst there are other blasting 3-6 grams and loving it. Generally speaking I think 750mg test is more than enough for most people and then look at other anabolics to complete your cycle. Controlling aromatization is key whilst on testosterone but again some guys just hate it. There are a few who use test only cycles and add in slin and peps/hgh and they grow and look great. Although for me if I go above 1 gram I tend to look and feel like crap. Just experiement for yourself and see what your body/mind prefers. Personally if pure size is your aim then I would add in a nandrolone with test.
