what kind of sarms would work for my situation?
I’m 50 years old. 5’7’’ and 217 pounds. I want to lose weight. I’m a big man with 25% body fat.
Looking to use sr9009 + some lgd4033 and do daily cardio.
Currently training 2x a week I will increase it to 4x a week on this. Would 10 weeks be good or should I run it longer?
