best thing for a pump before show

Okay guys wanted some info I am 9 weeks from my first show. I will be doing the NPC MAX MUSCLE MENS PHYSIQUE in woodbridge VA. So what do you guys do to get that insane pump before walking on stage. Thought about some MC IGF maybe. Thanks for the help
 
Talk to member eswol, he has used IGF-1 lr3 pre contest for every one of his last few shows, and has it dialed in pretty good if you decide to go that route, he swears by it,

Bring bands with you, they do work, and keep an eye on them back stage, shit has a way of geting up and walking away, like ur tanner, and lotions, especially if you look good! people will fuck with ya, no BS!

But bring bands and make sure you know how long until your going on, ask repeatedly, keep an eye on the guy backstage listing who goes on next as they fuck up and somtimes get it wrong, and you dont wanna go out there without pumping up, now with that said, do NOT pump up too much, you will lose your lines! Just get a nice mild pump so your still able to flex and make the muscles jump when you flex.

I used carbo force back stage, it worked well for me, and i didnt spill over, now i have never done physique show only bodybuilding shows, but its likely all the same in terms of timing your pump, what to drink or eat to fill the muscles with glycogen, and what to bring like bands, lotions etc..

Just remember most importantly, dont over pump! You will spill over water from muscle to subq, and you dont wanna have the kind of gym pump where you cant bounce your tits and flex your arms, You want to keep the pump just under that!
 
Doing your water and sodium right makes a huge difference. But I've done igf twice in my shows and first time it worked awesome. Not so much the last time though because lack of water . But it's something that you really need to know your body and how you react . There's no sure way to get a insane pump before show Time. Unless you have done it and know it. Role the dice bro
 
lol, i wouldnt call your first show a roll of the dice lol, your gonna freak him out brutha lol, you can greatly reduce chance if you listen to one person who knows their shit, and do it one way and one way only, and not take a bunch of advice from 12 different people

So youll be fine crash as long as you listen to one guys advice who knows his shit inside and out, and i wouldnt call it a role of the dice lol, you will fine brutha!
 
Thanks for the help guys I have hired 3j for my show and he says we are on track. I definitely look forward to this as its something I have wanted to do for a while and I am at the point where I can commit to the show .
 
Man getting that pre show look is tough. My first two shows I stumbled into great shape and won my class... one time I beat a well known national level judge. My condition was so much better that they had to place me in front of him. My last show I way over dieted got skinny and then couldn't get a pump. Hiring a trainer is the best choice. Let them look at you and tell what to do.

Adrol or sdrol for the final few days. Carbs, water and sodium etc being vital. Your coach will guide you. Good luck for your show:)

this takes trial and error, knowing your body after logging your using it to get the right pump, where water is in muscles and not spilled over, so not a great idea for someones first show, but yes, a great idea for the guys who know how to manipulate it properly and how their body reacts to it and when and with what etc...
