I’m looking to use RAD and LGD. Originally I was just gonna use both of those at 15 milligrams each per day for 16 weeks
but after doing some reading it seems like adding GW would be really good for a recomp stack
so I wanted to add in some GW at 20mgs a day into my stack
I’m 27, 88 kilograms, and I’m looking to drop body fat and gain some lean muscle mass
you have any tips on the above
