I have to tell you guys, im an old school routine kind of guy, train proper parts together consistantly but for whatever reason after doing my biceps yesterday, i decided i wanted to try out the new leg machine and the angle it had on it for quads, well i dont know if its cause i never trained these two bodyparts together or what, but what fuck, it was the best pump and greatest soreness i have experienced in ages!
yes if someone said im doing bi's and thighs i would say wtf is wrong with you lol, but man, what a great workout i got!
im currently splitting up my legs into quads one day and hams another day, so i figured i would work them in to anothr body part and well looks like im gonna be doing biceps and thiceps together for a few weeks.
