What are your best past experiences with solid gains in any of the categories whether it be a cylce a diet plan or a particular excersize routine or schedule.



I will say that I have found no better way to improve speed and fast twitch muscle fiber perfomance then when doing a series of plyometric excercises 2 to3 times a wekk for a month and a half.

The exact program I dont have available but I will try to locate it. This helped my reduce my forty time form over 5 seconds to 4.9 at 272lbs. this could help any athletes interested in fast twitch fiber development.
 
For speed...interval training works great.

For strength...A nice cycle of prop/fina/halo might do the trick. lol

I don't have any experience with halo, but I hear it provides great strength and aggresion gains. Grrr!!!
