Ryan Hinton
Olympian, 2014 Mr. USA, and IFBB Pro
BIO
Hey! My name is Ryan Hinton. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I have always been
surrounded by sports and exercise growing up. I excelled in football and track & field. I went on to compete in
the NCAA as a sprinter at Southern Arkansas University. I’ve been lifting consistently since I was 13 years old
and found men’s physique as a route to continue my journey and excel in the fitness industry. I earned my pro
card after winning the overall title at the USA Championships in 2014. After, I got my first win as a professional
and placed 8th at my first Olympia in 2015. My long*term goal is to place first at Olympia and help as many
people earn their pro cards as possible. In my spare time I’m either at the park with my son or reading one of
my personal development books. I firmly believe that you need to train your mind more than your body. I hope
to continue motivating and inspiring those are around me.
GOALS
I plan to train hard and place 1st at Olympia. Also, I want to help others around me achieve their goals, both
mentally and physically.
