I've had this stuff for years. I like it and all, but I get more relief from icyhot when it comes to muscle pain

Never tried it. I did try zostrix I think and it made me whelp up. Its got capscacin I think and its like putting pepper spray on the skin for me.

I think I may have some samples of the biofreeze stuff. I'll have to try it next time I need something like that.

I love BioFreeze. Been using it for about 8 years now.

My advice, buy it off eBay. So much cheaper. My mom normally buys enough for the whole family for a year in one shot. Some places don't even add extra shipping per roll-on. I always have her order two for me and my girlfriend.

especially if you have lower back, elbow, or knee pain,

apply it before work out
let dry alittle, then use brace or wrap

Wow I never thought about putting it on before workout. Are you talking about knees and joints or do you put it on the muscle your going to hit?

ive tried on my knee onee day, excellent !! but never try to make it a habit

BioFreeze is the best pain reloef never tried it on my joints before. Next time my knee hurts I'm going to try it.

I've been using Mentholatum Deep Relief Ibuprofen gel. have to mail order from UK but it works better than anything I've ever found.

I think I may have discovered a new use for this stuff: I woke up at about 3am after pinning myself with 3ml in each quad earlier that night and I could barely walk to the bathroom. I popped a couple Ibuprofin and greased myself up with some biofreeze and after about 5 minutes I felt some major relief. Good stuff
