Just had a CDC and of the things measured, here are the abnormal results:

  1. EGFR (RENAL) = 64 (low)
  2. ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE = 61 (high)
  3. HCT = 57.2 (high)
  4. RBC = 6.58 (high)
  5. HGB = 18.3 = (high)

The hematocrit is annoyingly high. I plan to up my cardio but not sue what else to do. I've heard baby aspirin and donating blood might be a good way to go but not sure how much of that is grounded in bro-theory.

What do you guys think? I'v actually been off for nearly a month.

Meant CBC, not CDC

You’re definitely in need to donate blood. And a good flush for the kidneys is in order as well. What are you taking for support? Liver/kidneys and others organs.
And what’s the Alanine aminotransferase? I’ll have to google this one.

Donating blood on Wednesday and I'll have to order some more liv52 and milk thistle from Amazon. It's been months since I took any of those supplements.

Water. But I take 5% and Fina Plex. I mix the dose so I’m taking 3 5% in am and one finaplex at lunch then 3 more 5% at night and it keeps me when within range.

Stay hydrated like Maj7900 said. Don't drink to much water though. This will only put a lot of stress on your kidneys, so you'll have the opposite effect. Get some NAC, apple-cider vinegar preferably braggs with mother. Keep your BP in check. Aspirine is good and bad. I would advise you to donate some blood. High BP and elevated hematocrit levels will destroy your kidneys if you don't get it fixed.

I ended up donating today...barely. My RBC was just under the limit. Anyway they took double my red blood cells as usual and told me I couldn't return for 4 months. I hope it helps. I'll try to get more blood work in the next few weeks.

I already drink a good amount water and my BP is decent. I'll look into kidney support very soon.

By the way the needle they used during this process was fucking huge. It looked bigger than my vein and it was uncomfortable.

I didn’t even think about the vinegar as a cleaning agent but it does work. Good luck bud. Keep us posted on it.
