I use this recipe for when im bulking, and its awesome.

8 egg whites
4 egg yokes
3/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup non-fat cheddar cheese
sprinkle of salt, garlic, and caynne pepper

Throw all ingrediants in a blender, mix well then fry up in a hot pan, serve with some ketchup.

The cottage cheese makes the eggs taste really rich and thick. Dont add any milk, it will make your eggs really soupy.
