If you have ever had this you know what Im about to say. I have never directly tasted shit, but it can't be much worse than this stuff. My wife went cheapo and instead of buying six star she bought this stuff. It is horrible. If you like this stuff God bless you. LOL

I've had that brand. It's completely terrible. I almost couldn't drink shakes at all for a while after trying to finish a tub of this crap. Regardless of the brand, all I could think of before I started drinking was the god awful taste of Body Fortress. Stay as far away as you can and throw it away if you've already got it! Ugh.

Agreed, I went and bought some syntha 6. It mixes well, tastes good, and does the trick. I will add a little of that nasty crap at a time in my other shakes just to get rid of it.

ya that shit is REALLY bad, six star isnt relly that much better. you should try Dymatize elite whey, very cheap for the 5lb bucket 32.99 on DPS
