Been out of the gym for 3 weeks. So 2 days ago I had a great chest workout. Yesterday I took out the bass boat and had a 15 mile ride with choppy waves. Every dam wave my chest bounced,,,,ouch. Also my glute hurt with every bounce. My leg too. Also my shoulder. Moral of the story, prop and boating isn't fun.
Good news is the pain paid off as I meet 3 fine young country gals (barefoot daisies) smoking dope at the backwaters. Gotta love those young mis-informed girls. Peace
