Crowds of bronzed women with bulging biceps and popping abs gathered in Hong Kong for the Arnold Classic Asia Multi-Sport Festival over the weekend.
Muscular women from all corners of the globe flexed their perfectly-toned bodies in front of a number of judges for the bodybuilding competition - just one of many events held at the festival.
Hollywood action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger was there to launch the festival on Friday, telling the stressed-out city to remember to balance mind and body.
The festival involved demonstrations and competitions including arm wrestling, bodybuilding and skateboarding - but also featured more cerebral pastimes such as chess and Rubik's Cube.

Hong Kong is the first city in Asia to host the event, which is already held in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Australia.
The event is also the last official professional fitness competition on the bodybuilding calendar before the Olympia, making it extra important for women searching for a qualifying spot for the American contest.
