I am neither American nor have I served in the Army, but I have always had, and will continue to have, the utmost respect for anyone who is willing to put their life on the line to defend freedom. As the blood grandson of a D-Day paratrooper/Korean war vet, and the grandson (through pseudo-adoption) of a WW *I* vet, I join you in saluting all veterans!

I have a good friend that is 91yrs old and spent 38yrs in the Air Force and ended up as a full bird Colonel. He was a pilot in WW1 and WW 2 and every time I go into his office he has a ton of pics from when he was in. It is incredible how our military has changed since he was in.
