bruising question

Hey guys quick question does anyone know why I'm getting bruising at injection sites from the igf
50mcg per spot total 100mcg preworkout

when it comes to bruising be it with gear or whatever , it has nothing to do with what your putting in ya, and has everything to do with the trauma your causing to your skin from the injection. Its normal for guys to get a bruise once in a while, sometimes they don't go deep enough, sometimes they go to fast, sometimes the angel is wrong, but its really not a big deal,

O I'm using 30g slin needle

i know what your using brutha, it still happens, diabetics get them to , or anyone who uses insulin, it happens and isn't a big deal. but i would suggest going deeper with less angle, that usually helps

oh and you could also be nicking veins which will cause bad bruising, which is why i never go anyplace but my belly, less chance of hitting anything, but still happens once in a while, not much ya can do about it regardless of what your using brutha
