Caffeine

I consume alotttt between beverages and fat burners at all times of the day... morning, mid-day, night (pre-workout) so I would say that it varies for individuals. I have a high tolerance.

You would probably know how much is too much if you get really shakey/jittery and get that over stimulated feeling that almost makes you feel kinda sick.
 
technically there is no limit...depends on food in the stomach, tolerance, etc...id say anything over 400mg is too much...
 
300-400mg for me is pretty kick ass. You have to assess your own tolerance though. I'm a caffeine fiend/junkie so it may take less for you. You just gotta try it out.
