hi,

lets say i work only on my abs and my butt..and I am woman lifting for 3 years. Lets say I can put on 500 g muscles each month. Can I then put 250 g on my abs and 250 g on my butt? instead of building little muscles on different body parts. Do you understand?

thank you

I have no ideas as to why you would just want to add muscle to your abs and butt. Well maybe add some mass to your backside, but work on developing a overall proportion body as best you can.

the muscles in your body have a limit as to how much protein they can process in any given area.. so the answer is yes, and no..

if you just workout your butt all the time youll overtrain..

i recommend, instead, that you do a full body split, and instead of chest do legs.. allowing you to hit your legs and glutes twice a week...

hi thank you. I work my abs 4x a week and legs 2. The other day is for chest shoulder biceps and so on. I am ok with my arms. I just had the idea to workout my abs and butt for about 8 weeks and neglect other parts. I have limited sources as a woman. I dont know how to fix this.

what about to train 8 weeks ass and abs to build up more mass on them, then stopping this and doing other 8 weeks legs and arms? would this be overtraining too?

sorry I am not a native speaker. I meant low testosterone Levels.

Well, that is natural. Women don't have as much testosterone as men. So you have to supplement. Anavar is a mild anabolic that women bodybuilders take. You could use 10mg. a day for a 2 or 3 month cycle that should put some muscle on you. If you do try this, it would be a good opportunity for you to put some muscle on your upper body. What country are you from?

I was watching ESPN 2 Sundays ago and they had women's crossfit on. Something called the providence games. A Swedish woman with the last name of Davidsdotter was winning and she won last year. She was very heavily muscled for a woman. Her thighs were huge and her back was amazing. She had to be using anabolic steroids to put this much muscle on. There was another woman from Sweden competing and her last name was Sigmundsdotter. They were not related. I looked up Swedish women's crossfit on You-Tube. There was a 3rd woman there with the name of Thorsdotter. Daividsdotter was on there if you want to see what kind of muscle some women can put on.
I am on the Biodiversity forum and there are some Swedes on there. I asked about this last name of Swedish women ending in dotter. This is the Swedish name for the English daughter. They said these women were from Iceland originally because the dotter ending is not used in Sweden any more, but is widespread in Iceland.
