Think that I can supplement with eggs or is it kind of stupid to use an Egg supplement in a powder form?
A friend of mine let me try his pre-workout and I tried it and I almost spat it out it tasted so bad.
I started to flavor it a little bit to give it some taste and mix it with my protein powder but then it changes the taste.
Any recommendations on this?
