Cardio on a bulk

I found that a 10% incline and 2.6mph keeps me at 65%. It doesnt feel like im doing anything compared to the 15% 3.0 or the level 15 on the elliptical that i was doing when I was trying to shed bf over the summer, but i guess thats because i was getting up to 85-90% and sweating my balls off.

I feel good and my mid-section has stayed pretty tight these past 2 weeks although my carbs are around 400

Anyone else keep cardio at a minimum while trying to pack on size?:cardio:

I have stupidly omitted it completely for the most part this mass gain cycle, my mid section has suffered greatly, however the time just hasnt been there.

I will be adding small amounts soon to try and pull myself back in to line
