I hates cardio. Unless it's playing ice hockey, which probably qualifies as HIIT.... But I haven't been able to play in months because of my work schedule, and before that because of a couple of injuries while playing (broken foot, then a broken nose!). I'm hoping to start playing again this week, as my work schedule has gone back to normal.
I also like hiking, and am going this week, so I guess I can say I do a little bit of low intensity also.
But walking/running on the treadmill? No way.
