I have never cared for Rhonda she is a great athlete but never saw her as a fighter... She will never fight Cyborg because she will get her ass handed to her.

i dont know if this is the right move.. alliance is the strongest jiu jitsu group.. they dominate worlds every year by big margins..

but for mma?? when has alliance produced high level mma guys?? she should be training at kings

they're a pretty good mma gym i'd say bro, but the best place for cat... we'll see, i'm not sure what their wmma talent looks like. notable pros however include Brandon Vera (founder), Dominick Cruz, Phil Davis, Alexander Gustaffson, KJ Noons, Jeremy Stephens, and Ross Pearson among others. About a year ago 5 fighters, including Miles Jury and Michael Chandler left Alliance and sought out other gyms.

Quotes on the move include:

"We just wanted to getmore hands-on coaching," Jury said. "We needed coaches that were alittle more proactive. We needed top-level coaching. That was the biggestthing. We're fighting in the toughest organization in the world and we juststarted looking around for training camps and for the coaching we needed." - Jury

"Eric is a great coach, but he's really hands off," Jury said. "He has a hands-off approach.I needed somebody who invested more time into me.
"I don't have anythingagainst Eric Del Fierro or Alliance. It's just what I need as an athlete, theyreally couldn't provide it for me. Me and Eric left on good terms. I don't haveany animosity or bad blood with him. It was just time to move on in life."

Added Chandler: "For me,especially, it was a very, very clean break. When I'm here in San Diego, Istill have an open-door policy. Alliance is still going to be a part of mylife, and Del Fierro is still going to be a friend of mine and maybe even acoach when I'm here. And [I'll be] training with Dominick and training withPhil and training with Ross."

"[Del Fierro has] gottacommit to a 40-hour-a-week job and I need somebody that's there with me everyday," Jury said. "He's gotta work around his work schedule. At theend of the day, it does kind of affect it. It's less attention he can give tothe fighters. I would be lying if I said, 'Oh no it's cool, a coach thatonly showed up three days a week is comparable to a coach who's there everyday.'"
