<!-- react-text: 39 -->With nootropics becoming more and more popular in the fitness industry as an alternative to traditional stimulants, I've been doing a lot of research on all the different ones. Centrophenoxide is a cholinergic molecule derived from dimethylaminoethanol(DMAE) only it seems to be more effective. Most studies performed on centrophenoxide have focused on anti-aging effects on the brain, including increasing mRNA synthesis in the brain, preventing free radical damage(the DMAE part of this molecule is responsible for this) and increase blood circulation to the brain. It has also been shown to remove lipofuscin(pigments that can have been associated with neurodegenerative disorders) as well as repairing synapses which may lead to increased neuron firing. Effective dose seems to be between 1000-3000mg/d broken up into at least 2 servings. Centrophenoxide will stack well with other nootropics, specifically a racetam and/or noopept and another choline donor such as CDP choline or alpha GPC
