I'm currently reading Author L. Rea's first book Chemical Muscle Enhancement and I am blown away to say the least, he maps out exactly what cycles to use for your first year and how to eat and train on them, it's amazing! He also explains how you can put on 30lbs in a month! If anyone is interested in learning how to do that just ask and i'll post it .
