what do u think about Chemical muscle enhancement of dr.L.rea, its good for beginners or its too hold today?

I don't think the information is old per say now days, but I think it may be a bit much for a beginner, I know building the perfect beast was more of an advanced book. If you have any specific questions throw them up
 
I saw 1fst cycle omly 4 week 200 deca, 1 months stop, 4week 200 primo + anavar and repeat.
Is it good to start?

its a decent book , well years ago it was, when i was younger i had all the books also, think i tossed most of them out though, these boards kind of made the books obsolete

its basic for sure, can it work sure it can is it the best approach, maybe not. come up with some ideas you want to try and post the up and let others who have maybe tried the as well give you some first hand feedback

not sure what vermodje is, but I am sure that will work, I know a lot of people will say you need test in there but to be honest I don't think its quite necessary in the beginning.

unlike csuperman whos opinion i respect, i do believe you need testosterone in your cycle brutha, and wheres weeks 5,6,7, and 8 sorry if i missed something lol, just looks weird and i think its a horrible cycle bro, not just as a personal prefrence but i think its not good for anyone, just my 2 cents daddio

week 1 to 10: 100 primo+100 masteron+100 boldenone but i dont know what kind of stack is it? mass, fat loss, or any onther.
What u think about.

You've listed 3 different cycles, but we don't know anything about you. We need to know age, training experience, previous cycle experience if any (and in this case it sounds like you don't have any), goals (cutting or mass building), expectations, etc. We can't really recommend anything just going on a blind cycle proposal that you got out of L. Rea's book. There's a lot of good information in there for beginners to study up on since you should be educated about steroids if you are intent on trying them. Do your research.
 
im 41 old, and 171 lbs, and 5,8 feet.I picked up the gym for 6 years and I would like to move to a higher state, mass solid and not too fat.
I would like to start with Rea and his theories, but my trainer advised me primo+masteron+boldenone for 10 weeks 100,100,100, but to me it seems too much for a first cycle.
What do you think?

I just think as a first time, you can get away without using any test if I could go back I would have done it more in the beginning, but after seeing a little info and being age 41 I would say you would need some in there not just because of a 1st cycle but at your age your test is on the decline anyhow.

that will come from your diet. and I don't think masteron is need especially for a 1st go and its normally only used if someone is getting ready for a show or really lean.
 
For a first cycle, hypothetically all you need is test probably at least 300-400mg/week and a really good diet, nothing more. It's really much simpler than people think. Masteron doesn't do you much good unless you are already in the single digits for bodyfat. L. Rea's theories are good, but they are also for those who are a little more advanced in gear.
 
BigZ is correct. 3-400 mgs of test a week is all that's needed for anyone to see dramatic reslults from a first cycle AND THIS dude is 171lbs and 41... just keep it simple and easy man.

Like Z and Kiwidad said, little test is all you need in my opinion considering your age and weight and experience.
I was in the same boat. Many years under my belt training and got to the point where I made no more progress
no matter how I ate or trained. I only did 250 mgs test E a week and it jumpstarted my progress. At your age
a bump in test should do wonders. Dont forget good diet to maxamize gains.

Welcome Brother. I believe like many others here and almost every board you can ask this question on. Test is your basis for your first cycle and Test alone. Testosterone is the King from which almost every compound is sired/derived. Including Deca.
There are a high percentage of folk who get a nasty side effect from Deca loosely termed "Deca Dick". It renders you limp and flaccid. Unable to perform even though your horny as hell. Plus, Deca has such a long ester attatched to it that it'll take a couple of weeks to return to normal.
I am speaking from using it. Not just what I read. I remember thinking that it was a small percentage that got that shit. I'd be fine. WRONG!!!

I had to drop the Deca and double my Test...... AND IT STILL TOOK 10 DAMN DAYS FOR MY STUFF TO WORK BRO.....
I don't use Nandrolones anymore obviously, but the best advice I can give you is go with Test your first run and if you must run the Deca,,, might wanna really consider running the test with it.
The gamble aint worth it, unless you don't mind the limp noodle
