Its always those days where you dont feel like going to the gym and you push yourself to get in and you have a great workout!
Well for me yesterday was the opposite, i felt amped to go since the night before, felt as if i timed all my supplements and meals just right for optimum performance once i got in there, and soon as i got in there and hit the bench, i felt like dog shit, and it lasted much of the workout. I hate that shit!
I think i would have been able to get with it after my first exercise had i of been able to get on the next thing i wanted to use, but this old man was in there hogging it up, and i had to keep readjusting what i wanted to do next and it just turned out to be a shit day , still got sore and nice pump, but just wasnt what i thought it would be!
Anyhow, taking off today, then tomorrow going to hit up back, and butt , and i usually throw my traps in with every other back workout but we shall see!
