On Dec. 30, 2023, Bumstead published a video on his YouTube channel wherein he shared what his off-season grocery haul looks like from Sam’s Club. Additionally, he shared insight into how he will gradually adapt his diet for the competitive 2024 bodybuilding season. Check it out below:

Chris Bumstead’s Off-Season Grocery List
Here is a list of items Bumstead bought on his trip to Sam’s Club:
A box of oven-roasted turkey breast was the first addition to Bumstead’s grocery cart, followed by a pack of Atlantic salmon for its high healthy fat, protein, and omega-3 content.
Bumstead prefers bison’s flavor compared to ground beef. He stocked up on chicken breast and remarked about eating fried chicken after his 2023 Olympia win.
Beef tenderloin and chopped kale were tossed into the cart. The latter of which is not used for salads but rather as an addition to chicken and rice bowls.
I’ll bring four or five [clementines] to work every day.

Bumstead performed four exercises during his training session after grocery shopping:
Bumstead is expected to not step on the competitive bodybuilding stage until the 2024 Olympia, scheduled for Oct. 10-13 in Las Vegas, NV. He will attempt to secure his sixth consecutive Classic Physique title.
