I’m going to start training for the first time and I’m going to spend the first year doing compound movements
I’ve laid out the top eight compound lifts which include squats, deadlifts, rows and dips.
Gonna be sticking to 5-6 rep range and going heavy.
Which sarms would most help me recover from these types of training?
I’m looking at my weight around 150 pounds and 6’1’’ 21 years old
 
at your age, i would not be running too heavy of anything... this is the max i would go with

i would go with cardarine 20mgs ed with something strong like yk11 10mgs and n2guard for liver support
