Nope still wrong. You want 1-2 grams (of course this varies depending on where you read) of protein for every pound of lean body mass. LBM is your weight minus your pounds of fat. Just multiply your weight by your percent fat. That gives you your fat pounds. Subtract that from your total body weight and that gives you lean body mass. Then multiply your LBM by how many grams of protein you want. Fat does not need protein or calories for that matter. Yes...this is a little anal but some of my personal training clients are 35% fat so that is a lot of extra weight that I do not want to feed.
