yea i pin twice a week so its been staying with me it tends to ease up after at couple of weeks on a new cycle. i was thinking it was from water retention, idk it may be the ba, or it just might be how my body reacts to a foreign substance in my body. i seem to notice it more when im doing cardio when im taking deep breathes i cough and it only seems to be present when im on cycle. I may just be retarded or something lol. thanks for the info guys i appreciate it, and sorry for taking so long to respond to my own thread i just got swamped with work.
