Countdown to rhizotomy

1 week to go. Getting right side done on the 8-29 and the left soon 9-12. Hopefully I’ll be almost pain free

Right side nerves were killed yesterday at L4 L5 S1 blood pressure was at 110/72 , oxygen was at 98 and pulse was at 77

Lower back pain, pain in stomach, pelvic area and testicles due to angry nerves. I have degenerated disc disease, herniated disc and arthritis on the facet joints

I had bulged disc and other problems. impingements in the shoulders. feel the arthritis coming on. deca maybe would help...not sure what hgh would jo for joints and other stuff.

L5-S1 herniated disc
Was told needed surgery at both areas or wouldn't make it long after car accident a bad one.
Hit colvert flipped back over front for around 88 feet. Wasn't driving dude was running from someone chasing for the dumbest reason...
I was 27 now 42 or 43 not sure lol!!!
No twist or turns or looking down too long or bending over... avoid those positions like the plague.
Now it seems my elbows and hands hurt more....
But knocking on wood I don't get that 3 week pain that I can't look if car coming or pain around hip onto knee don't keep me up all night!!

Accidents and getting older sucks. Got some kind of tendinitis in both wrists and elbows and arthritis in the right foot as well. I asked how may back will be later on doc said he was unsure but the arthritis won’t get any better. One day I may try deca or npp but I think the igf will come first. I’m gonna try and build my core as much as possible and go from there
