Just joined the forum and very excited to keep learning / growing with the help of people on here.
So i just ordered a first cycle (im Based in Aus) The cycle is Test E and Nandro coupled with Anadrol and D-bol for the first number of weeks until the test and Nandro have settled in. (could have gone with tren but being a first cycle I didn't want to run the risk of the mental sides associated with Tren).
I will also be using Arimidex EOD but im a little prone to Gyno anyway so this may increase to everyday depending on how I'm going.
So basically I am just looking for any thought into the cycle, especially advise regarding the PCT and how slowly to taper up (if at all) on the doses of Test E and nandro.
Also any insight into obtaining syringes/insulin syringe for dosing the arimidex would be very much appreciated (I live in Australia so I'm not sure if Pharmacies sell OTC).
With regards to my stats - as of saturday im coming in at
6'2 / 209lbs and 14.2% BF
Now I have basically been using the 200+ / - kcal surplus / deficit as a ruleof thumb for bulking and cutting with constant tweaking as I see fit. But with Anabolics im wondering is diet a whole different ball game or is it pretty much same rules apply?
