was wondering if anyone else have had breakouts of red bumps from a cycle?(which im sure yall have.lol) its starting to take over my chest. I also have bad pimples breaking out on my neck and back.is there any soaps or anything to get rid of this shit?

i have nevr ever broke out from steroids of any kind! With that being said, i do know guys who looked like they were covered in pimples from gear use, and it was so bad it was disgusting, fortunelty it doesn't happen to me

i get it pretty bad bro. Outside of prescriptions there is not much that works for hormone related acne, but you can do things to reduce it. Avoid accutane unless the acne is truly debilitating.

Methods that i use:
Acne body scrub (salicylic acid)
Acne pads (salicylic acid) use morning and night on all affected areas
zinc supplements
avoid milk if possible
shower 2 times a day

also i have yet to try this, but look up some acne bath recipes online. basically a mix of salts and baking powder, etc into a bath and soak in it for a bit

***most importantly - manage your e2 levels properly. High e2 is one of the biggest causes of acne on cycle.

I get some on my shoulders, back and chest. Usually when my estrogen gets kinda high. When I have E2 in check it doesn't bother me to much.
I also take 50mg of zinc 2x a day. It seems to help.

I never get acne, but I had it really bad at the beginning of my cycle.
It was all over my back and neck.

I was able to get rid of it within 1 week by using:

Neutrogena Facial Bar: In the shower after using regular body wash
Cetephil Gentle Skin Cleanser: After shower, and every night before bed
Generic Oil Eliminating Astringent: After shower, and every night before bed

I have continued this regiment.
I'm now 6 weeks into my cycle, and still no acne.

There was one time that my arms/shoulder broke out pretty bad so I had to wear long sleeve shirts in FL! Totally sucked. Anyway, I was told to take the vitamin B5. You have to take a lot...20 a day, but it worked for me!! I did 5 - 4x's a day. Really did work and trust me, I'm a girl so I tried EVERYTHING! Hope this helps. Good luck.

Wow... B5? Never would have guessed it. Thanks Silk

Yeah, crazy! Killjoy, if you're interested I can pm you the brand I used and where I got it. It's cheap, but when you go through 20 a day it adds up so I shopped around. GNC is so expensive.
