I sat down to 1/2 pizza hut pizza, 1 20oz Diet Mt. Dew (for the caffeine, I work 3rd shift), 1 quart water, and one package creme filled vanilla cupcakes! I've tried to limit my food consumption during my "bulking" phases and I find myself waking up in the middle of sleep with cravings for food so strong I can't resist them. I end up going into the kitchen and eating a little bit of everything until I'm stuffed.....
