I'm still using it as I'm sure DB006 still is as well. I've been seeing constant strength increases over time which has certainly translated into some size. Trying not to vary it at all if I can help it. The only main variation that I do is that I am currently only doing it twice a week instead of three time a week since my body seems to need more time to recuperate after such an intense workout to avoid overtraining.
 
still never messed with this style of training,lol, i guess im just old fashion
 
I've been doing it for a couple of weeks and I've broken almost all of my all time bests already. I'm also going to have to back it down as it is very difficult to recover in time and still use the weights I need. I ordered some IGF on the 2nd so hopefully that gets here soon, getting the aching joints. Come on Presser!!! I think the two together is going to be insane!
