So my deadlifts are coming along but Im wondering what kind of rep range you guys do. My lungs cant seem to handle more than 10. Doesnt matter if its light of heavy. I have excersice induced asthma but my conditioning needs improved. I know Dude and Big WV love these. I think Big WV loves "rack pulls" if my memory serves. Ive never tried but would like to. Also, I bought this trap bar that you step inside of and I hear guys do deads with it. Has anyone tried that?
