Ok considering everything you said and especialy the fact that you want to stay lean and add muscle then I would CERTAINLY add in testosterone, you will not need anymore then 250-300mg a week, anything more and you will get alot more bloat then you want especialy considering youve been natty for so long. The testosterone I would suggest is Propionate as it yeilds the least water retention in my experience! And because you liked tren ace in the past then i would do 50mg eod of tren ace. So your cycle will look like this:
100mg prop eod
50mg tren ace eod
and i would certainly add in the IGF-1 lr3 at 30mcgs daily.
If you do this exact cycle, I can Promise you the look your going for, in staying ripped and lean while adding solid lean muscle! Your entire body compostion will change within a couple weeks!
