I first cut out most dairy (only cheese on a weekly cheat meal of pizza) and nothing really changed.
I then cut out whey powder also and take vegan protein and/or carnipro (beef protein) or just eggs and the bloat has completely gone, the slow lethargic feeling has gone, I sleep waaaay better, more energy etc (and I'm off cycle).
I had a test and I'm not intolerant. Is this weird?
I'm not looking much better but just going by feeling. Weight change has been minimal.
Also, I am wondering generally, are those 3 protein sources 'enough'? I can't seem to digest chicken/fish/meat in its normal form and this seems to be the only way I can get it in without throwing up.
Or I need to see a hypnotist or something and figure out this chicken/fish/meat issue? (this is a serious question).
