Taking tri test 400mg/ml + tren E 200mg/ml (1ml each per week, split into 2 doses) and 1 anavar (50mg) in the morning per day. Training 3x a week, push/pull/legs split.

I started at 84kg, established at 87kg now for 2 weeks, just wanted to run my diet past you guys to see if I should up it / change it? Trying to get to about 88kg, but lean, then "stay there". I am 183cm tall, 28yo.

Morning - 200mg egg white + 4 whole egg + 1 scoop carnvior shred
Snack - 1 whole avocado, 200ml almond milk (blended together)
Lunch - 500ml pineapple juice (+3 litres water between snack and dinner), 2 slices bread with scraping butter
Dinner - 150g white pasta, 200g chopped tomatoes, 100g low fat cheese
Before sleep - 1 scoop carnvior, 200ml whole milk, collagen for my hair/skin in general

This comes to 2.8k cals, 300g carb, 93g fat, 188g protein.

I am thinking to change it to (changes in bold):

Morning - 200mg egg white + 4 whole egg + 1 scoop carnvior shred
Snack - 1 whole avocado, 200ml almond milk (blended together)
Lunch - 500ml pineapple juice (+3 litres water between snack and dinner), move the cheese here, eat only 50g
Dinner - 1 uncle bens rice (boil in a bag), 240g kidney beans, 100g frozen spinach, 200g chopped tomatoes, 50g plain low fat yogurt, 1 bread with scraping of butter
Before sleep - 2 scoop carnvior, 200ml whole milk, collagen for my hair/skin in general

This comes to 2.7k cals, 265g carb, 84g fat, 193g protein.

[I'm avoiding whey/casein as it bloats my stomach I think. Ever since I swapped to this beef protein my stomach has gone more flat.]

How many calories do you run to maintain your weight normally? You are only looking to add 1 kg, correct? How much longer do you have on this run?

Pesonally I like to ramp up the calories for a week or two when running tren; get your strength way up, then diet back to where you want to be (88kg). Depending on how hard you push it you may be surprised how much you can gain before you stop looking lean.

sorry, i can't help you brother. i've leaning out since i got on gear. it's like when i was young, couldn't gain worth a hoot. i gain some, then lose it. i wasn't even trying to lose weight, just cut the fat and gain a little muscle.
