I’m 31, 6’ 0” tall, 200 lbs with bf in the high teens (guessing.) I’m not on any gear. I will be taking M1-T at a relative low dose (15 mg/day.) I have not taken anything in about 8 years so I’m thinking my body will respond well to a simple oral.

My current diet is as follows:
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites with 1.5 cups of oatmeal
Meal 2: 8oz chicken with 3/4 cup of brown rice
meal 3: 8oz of beef with 3/4 cup of brown rice
Meals 4 and 5 are the same as meal 2.
Meal 6: 8 eggs white before bed.

For my current situation is this enough food? I can’t compare my diet needs to someone on gear since I’m not going to be growing at the same rate. Or can I?

I guess my main concern would be to gain too much bf if I’m consuming more then I need to.

Any input would be appreciated.

You won't gain much if any bf on that diet. You'll actaully probably lose some. If you're concerned about gaining some weight once you get used to this amount of food you can bump up to 12 oz of meat and 1 full cup of vegetables

I don't see any veggies, fruits and hardly any fat. Dairy? It is important to have a well rounded diet and I would venture to say you'll find that if you eat a quality, balanced diet, you won't have to eat as much. Quality > quantity. At least I've found that to be true for myself.

I eat veggies, mostly frozen green-beans and broccoli. I didn't mention the veggies because I was mostly concerned about the carb/protein ratio. I need to up my intake more but i'm getting in at least 3 cups a day of veggies. As far as fats I take 3 tbsp of raw coconut oil throughout the day.
