3J Musclechemistry Member Aug 3, 2016 #4 lack of progress is always diet and training related.. usually diet related.. unless you look like mr olympia and have reached your genetic limit... very rare.. so i agree with the above.. post your diet and training routine lets see whats going wrong.. also full stats
