do you calculate volume of workout?

If you do what are your numbers like for your workout (such as legs, chest, or whatever it is you work that day).
 
not sure what ur asking brutha. but i do 4 sets of everything and each set i go to failure, and i raise weights normal from set one through 4
 
I think he means ho wmany sets total for each bodypart....Usually 15-20 sets.....4 to 5 excercises for 3 to 4 sets depending on the bodypart
 
i do 9 or 10 sets. intensity comes from supersets, long times under tension (slow reps) and less than a minute rest intervals
