stay the same, keep it heavy and hard or I'd waste away to look like a marathon runner.
 
basically cut down on rest pause sets or extreme streching etc as being in a hypocaloric state isnt the time to employ these techniques , everything else stays the same . and a lil higher rep range, around 8 or so .
 
Workout a bit faster. Less times between sets. More cardio for sure for cutting but I keep the weight the same for the most part.
