Do you take creatine with steroids? Before/after/during/at all?

yes i like taking creatine on cycle! I also wrote an article on it many years ago, and how just adding an alkaselzar to the powder will turn it into being effervescent creatine, which micronizes the creatine a bit more and you will get a lot more out of it this way, so don't be fooled into buying effervescent creatine guys when u can just add the alkaseltzar to it and get the same thing, some even say the alkaseltzer agitates the lining of the stomach and that is also what helps you get more out of it, though my article was soley on it being used to micronize the creatine so u get more out of it
 
Just curious? ? Me I don't take it at all. Maybe if I was in competition .

I have taken creatine for a long time, I don't remember when I started but its been years.
When I decided on running my first cycle I figured I would take a break then add it back in during PCT hoping to help keep gains.
So I will start back up in a few weeks when I either drop to cruise dose or go to PCT.
 
the real question is who takes glutamine, i do, but i know loads of guys don't take the things where they don't see or feel it working on the surface or right away, so i wonder how many guys do take glutamine or BCAA's and such

From all the research I have done, glutamine seems to only be benifical when doing extreme dieting. I am a much bigger fan of Leucine and an even bigger fan of Phosphatidic acid and leucine timed before my workout. Supposible both have capabilty of turning Mtor on. Add creatine and you have the ultimate natural bridge.

I take creatine on or off cycle. It always helps.

I also take glutamine and sometimes BCAAs. They are both very beneficial right after hard training whether dieting or not.
 
Just about any cycle I run I end up with some kind of nut p at first I was thinking that it was Blue balls cause I always noticed it after I got stopped short of catching a nut, which happens often for me. Then I realized that that's not it cause I would get the wife to give me head,and tell her I have blue balls. I noticed it kept hurting after that. I do nothing for it just chalk it up to part of using gear it's gone in a day or 2. I had a bad one last week I'm running npp and test e from mbpharthe gear is great also I'm loving it. My second run with them, I have loved it both times can't say enough about them.
 
Don't you get some bloating (water retention) from the creatine?

eventually it usually spills over from the muscle to subq water retention, but if done right you can keep the water in the muscles for a good while and look tight as fuck!
 
Sorry to bump, but I am new and didn't want to start a new thread while this one is so recent. Can someone tell me the preferred way to use creatine in a long cycle? Should I cycle on and off it during the blast? I've used it alot, but typically never during a blast. And is the 5 grams per and post workout the way to go? I've front loaded it week 1 at 10 grams a day, then 5 grams the final 5. That's my typical useage.

I haven't used creatine in many years but plan on starting again soon. Bumped for Warmouth's question.
 
How soon pretty workout do you guys take it? And how far post workout do you take it? I'm interested because I want to maximize this bulk. And can it be taken the duration of the cycle, or should it be pulsed to stave off possible homeostasis? And would a week of front loading be wise? I know that's alot of questions, but I am mixing this blast up a bit.
