Don't forget to breathe!!

So often we spend so much time getting our meals ready, making sure that we have all of our supplements in order and getting to the gym we forget to stop and just breath. I know we want to make gains and look and feel well but you know what, at the end of the day we need to focus on being kind to one another. At the gym, work or just walking down the street. Don't forget that everyone is fighting their own battles. Who knows that kid that you take 15 minutes to show him how to do deadlifts or squats the correct way, may be the next Mr. O or the kid that is being bullied so bad at school he wants to end it all.

At at the end of the day, why can we not use the same grind in the gym to help those around us daily? Love to all and don't forget to just.... breathe!

This is good stuff man, reminds me to try to stay and keep a positive outlook on life. I've read several articles on this subject and I truly believe in this phenomenon.. Having an unwavering and positive belief in yourself every single day until it's something you don't have to even contemplate is a powerful thing.. There's been scientific studies and discoveries that point to the validity of this ("What quantum physics is uncovering is that one’s perceptions and beliefs about reality actually alter reality to fit that perspective.")

I've already made this post too long and it may sound crazy, but wether there's any truth to this or not, I think it can't hurt at all to try to stay positive even when all the shit around you is negative..

Definitely bro, I totally believe in this as well. Wasn't there a documovie about this? I think it was called "The Secret", or something? It's serious shit though, and people greatly underestimate the power of this. Sometimes it can be hard to stay positive, but that's life, and you just have to remember you control your destiny, and it's pretty much all done through the mind. I love powerlifting/bodybuilding very much and have been doing it a long time. I put probably more time into it then I really should and make sacrifices that I probably shouldn't, but It's because I want to be the best that I can be. Sometimes results just aren't there and it makes me question whether I should even put his much effort into it. I find myself feeling sorry for myself and all that shit, but then I start to remember I can't do that shit and I try to kick myself out of that mindset and get positive and just keep pushing and moving forward. One day at a time. Dealing with addiction is a lot like that too. It can takes it toll on you and make you want to give up, but you just remember that does you no good thinking like that and to change shit you have to think positive.
