Yep same thing everyday! Basically hammering the carbs early in the day so I can leave my self empty for cardio in the AM. Ill do AM cardio M,W,F and weights Sun-Thurs. Currently lightest Ive been in 6 years @ 189lbs, My goal the last month was to drop as much weight as I could without muscle loss and then try to put it back on with the 10 weeker. I dropped from 203 to 189 in 5 weeks.

Its all about simple. It was either test and tren or test and deca and my joints are killing so...Ill run 10 weeks may up the dose to 1g/400mg depending and then go into 10 weeks prop/tren/winny @ 450mg/300mg/350mg(50mg/day). Whats aleTa?

Yeah way too easy. After being 205-220lbs for 6 years, I thought it would be alot harder. Realistically @ 5'7" my body probably would like to be 160 again. Now just hoping to replace the fat I shed with muscle.
 
Looks solid bro! I don't know how you eat that many eggs at one meal but more power to ya! I wish I could!!
