I had my 3 yr old son from this past Thursday to Saturday (today) the whole time he was here I wasnt able to go to the gym. I also got side tracked on my diet, I didnt eat bad...I just wasnt drinking 6-8 protein shakes a day and eating 6-7 meals a day. The end and beginning of the week prior to my sons arrival I was getting close to dehydration...
I was hitting the scale in the morning at 219-220lbs...this morning (saturday) I was 207lbs and I look "de-flated"...like someone let the air out of me...
Tomorrow I plan on getting into the gym again at 6am like usual...but 3 days off and look de-flated?? Help me out with suggestions guys...
Also, what do most of you mix with your protein shake?...water, milk, almond milk, rice milk?
