ECA stack

I was wondering if anyone was doing any ECA stack. I read in one of the threads a while back that someone said that it really worked. I wanted to try it. My question was do I need the aspirin? I read that it could be bad on your stomach. I understand there is a reason for having it in the stack, but would I lose some benefits from not adding it in?
 
yes u would lose alot of the benefit and it wouldnt work nearly the same bro, 85-150mg daily of asperin shouldnt hurt anyone now or down the line
 
I think Presser said it in a previous thread that it is the asprin that triggers the stack...he's right-if I don't take the asprin I don't get the "kick"... still feel the caffeine and ephedrine but it's not the same

experiment with it maybe it's different for everybody
 
aspirin is the blood buffer that allows the other 2 ingredients to really work synergistically together to get the maximum benefit. Chris250 is using it right now precontest to shed weight, see his training log
 
how many times do you guys usually take the stack daily and which times of day are best in your opinions?
 
2-3 times daily. Depends on tolerance and if you can sleep easily on it...take upon waking, 45mins before lunch....dont take past 4pm if you are sensitive to stimulants and have a hard time sleeping

That's pretty much spot on to what I was going to say. I take one upon waking up for work then once I come home and go back to sleep I'll take another one when I wake up. I sleep for 4 hours, go to work then come home and sleep for another 3-4 and these really keep me going
 
How would you compare a ECA stack to clen. Seems like the clen effectiveness wears off much sooner to me then the ECA. Although I havent taken ECA for years. Back when you could pick some up at the local gas station. haha. The good old days!!

I prefer ECA over clen any day, I dont like clen at all and ECA always did the trick for me beit for show prep or just a pregym boost

as to the question above about how many times a day i use to take it just before the gym, but if i was getting ready for a show or dieting hard i would take it 3 times a day at 25-50mg ephedrine, 400-800 caffiene and 150-325mg aspirin. Yes those doses are high but i was chasing the dragon so to speak in trying to get the same feeling i would get from the low doses i use to take when i first started taking it, but after years and year and yes years lol, i needed to take more to get the same feeling

I also didnt have any problem coming off of them, i thought i would and was worried but it wasnt a problem realy
 
Clen makes me really jittery. Does the ECA stack do the same thing, or is it a better feeling? Also, did you cycle on and off, or stay on for long periods?
 
i absolutely hate clen and love ECA.

never got the jitters from ECA, but did badly from clen....it was to the point that I could not keep my hand steady at all
