Leatherhead nailed it. ECA makes your diet easier, I can easily eat 1000 cal under mantainance when I first start the ECA stack. I can work out at a higher intesity which burns more calories.
ECA just makes it easier to not eat as much, while at the same time doing longer boughts of cardio and having more intense workouts.
Not sure how much you weight, or what your body fat % is currently or if you have any tolerance to Caffine already, but you should easily be able to lose 10lbs in a month.
These guys are exactly on point. Nothing can make up for a lousy diet. Used as a tool in place after you hit a wall when losing weight with good diet and proper workout is the best way to use ECA.
