The short answer is yes, the bad answer is you must go over 20% of your ration of powder since they are not completely dissolvable in oil and are not water soluble.
This will leave plenty of the powder in the filter. Tried and true, trust me.
Yes, when filtering EO, Guayacol and poly 80 with PTFE the Raw will not be filly dissolved because you are using no solvents for saturation. This mix will almost always cause a suspension. Now some may dissolve and I have heard of heating to do this but if its to hot it will dissolve your membrane.
Now with the above mix lets say in winny you will need to add more raw as the filter will catch some of the raw so go over by 20% to make up for what is caught in the filter. When using solvents I go over by 10% anyways, as some will always be caught in the filter even if your solution is completely clear.
