Epitalon before bed proper use

epitalon is a great peptide from what I’ve read. Supposed to be great for anti aging and other benefits.
Stuff sounds really too good to be true from what I read from it it’s found in the pineal glands of bovine and it has so many health benefits it blows me away.
Now when it comes to dosing. Should I be using 200mcg before bed daily or should I stick to maybe every other day.
I’m 56 years old and which sources on here carry this stuff I can’t find it

dont use Epitalon, use hgh instead
